Participation in the campaign is completely free. After your one-time
registration,
you will find your campaign calendar on the participation page in the login area. You can access Fit for Work both via the website and the app. Here you can record your active days and keep track of your performance and goals.
Company rankings motivate you to be more active – select your company and be active together with your colleagues. In addition, you can form a team of up to six colleagues within your own company - more fun and community!
Alternatively, you can participate without affiliating yourself to a company. As an individual starter, you only need to select your country.
You track your active kilometers and enter them in your campaign calendar - either automatically via a connection to Apple Health/Google Fit or manually. Active kilometers include not only actively covered work routes, but also other active kilometers around everyday (work) life – regardless of whether on weekdays, weekends, holidays or vacations – such as:

on a walk during your lunch break

biking to the supermarket

on an after-work bike ride or run
The campaign period runs from May 1 to July 31.
Participants who reach the 20-day or 200-km goal and record their achievements in the campaign calendar by August 15, 2024, will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
As an active participant, you win in any case, because adding movement to your everyday life effectively strengthens your health and well-being. Regular activity in the fresh air strengthens your immune system –
you get your cardiovascular system going and protect yourself from diseases of civilization such as obesity and cardio-vascular diseases.
Your activity also supports SOS Children’s Villages International. Bertelsmann will donate € 10,000 to SOS Children´s Villages International if all participants together cover more than 1,4 million kilometers!
